Sporty Group is seeking a Creative Designer to translate briefs into engaging visuals for game thumbnails, banners, landing pages, and promos. You will integrate AI into the design workflow, blending AI assets with traditional techniques to deliver polished, on-brand work.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator, with After Effects and Figma as bonuses. Remote-first with flexible hours and strong collaboration across teams.

The Creative Designer will be responsible for understanding requirements, visualizing concepts, and combining strong visual design skills with hands-on expertise in generative AI. You will translate briefs into engaging, on-brand visuals for game thumbnails, in-app banners, landing pages, and promotional creatives.
The ideal candidate integrates AI into their daily professional design workflow, from concept exploration and asset creation to refinement. You should be able to combine AI-generated assets with manual design techniques to deliver polished work that meets creative, brand, and production requirements

What you'll be doing

• Understand design briefs and translate them into clear creative concepts.
• Develop innovative visual solutions that align with project goals and target users.
• Use generative AI tools to explore creative directions and develop assets.
• Develop and refine prompts and visual references to maintain consistency in styles, characters, and compositions.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive outcomes.
• Adapt quickly to feedback, refine designs, and continuously elevate creative quality.
• Follow and benchmark design trends, competitor work, and developments in AI tools, sharing useful workflows that improve creative quality and efficiency.

What you'll bring

• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• A strong and versatile portfolio demonstrating expertise in illustrations, branding, visual layouts, and overall design execution.
• Demonstrated expertise in generative AI tools, with regular use in professional design workflows and experience delivering finished creative assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (knowledge of After Effects and Figma is a plus, but not mandatory).
• Understanding of animation or GIF creation is a plus, not a core requirement.
• Excellent sense of aesthetics, visual hierarchy, color theory, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is an added advantage.
