Responsibilities

Design Development: Conceptualize and develop themes, concepts, and mood boards by analyzing trends for woven fabrics.
Original Creation: Create original prints, patterns, and textures using various techniques.
Color & Material Experimentation: Experiment with color palettes, materials, and finishes to achieve desired aesthetic effects.
Trend & Fabric Analysis: Stay updated with fashion and textile trends through research and market analysis. Identify emerging trends and translate them into innovative designs.
Technical Expertise: Understand textile production processes including weaving, printing, and dyeing. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and troubleshoot issues.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, present concepts, and incorporate feedback. Build long-term relationships.
Sample Creation & Oversight: Create and oversee physical samples, ensuring quality and deadlines. Complete seasonal collections and present to marketing teams.
