Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a creative lead to develop and present retail display concepts, including shop-in-shop units and packaging solutions. You will drive innovative design strategies and ensure alignment with brand objectives.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with production teams, reviewing prototypes, and delivering production-ready design documentation. Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, Illustrator and CorelDRAW is essential.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max.
• Strong rendering skills using V-Ray or Corona Renderer.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and CorelDRAW.
• Knowledge of packaging and display design software.
• Understanding of retail merchandising principles.
• Experience creating production-ready design documentation.

Role & responsibilities

Creative Leadership

• Be active member of creative team.
• Develop innovative concepts for retail displays, POSM, shop-in-shop units, exhibition booths, and packaging solutions.
• Present creative ideas and design strategies to clients and management.
• Drive continuous innovation in materials, structures, and display concepts.

Design & Visualization

• Create high-quality 3D concepts and realistic renders using Autodesk 3ds Max.
• Develop retail display designs using corrugation, thermoforming, acrylic, metal, wood, and mixed materials.
• Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and client pitch decks.
• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Technical Development

• Work closely with production, procurement, and project teams for design feasibility.
• Review structural drawings and prototypes before final production.
• Ensure designs meet manufacturing and installation requirements.
• Optimize designs for cost efficiency without compromising aesthetics.

Client Interaction

• Understand client briefs and convert them into compelling visual solutions.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams for new opportunities.

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution.
• Maintain quality standards across all creative outputs.

Preferred candidate profile
