Job summary

Biopeak, India’s first longevity clinic, seeks a hands-on Creative Content & Design professional. You will craft on-brand visual and video content across digital platforms and on-ground visibility, from concept to final cut, using AI-powered tools.

Move fast, think visually, and collaborate with marketing. You’ll shoot, edit and tailor content from morning briefs to afternoon posts, while maintaining brand standards and creating print-ready visuals for events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years design experience required.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or Fine Arts or equivalent portfolio.
• Fluent in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Edit video in Premier Pro, CapCut or similar; ability to shoot good footage.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools and clear opinions on their use.

Responsibilities

• Design carousels, posts, stories, banners and ad creatives.
• Shoot and edit Reels, founder clips and client stories for mobile-first viewing.
• Create brochures, signage and visuals for centre and events.
• Build HTML emailers and visuals for website.
• Conduct photo/video shoots and manage shot list to final cut.
• Maintain templates, decks and design assets in Figma and Canva.
• Uphold brand guidelines and help them grow.

Role Overview

As a Creative Content & Design person, you will work closely with the marketing team to produce sharp, on-brand visual and video content across Biopeak's digital platforms and on-ground visibility. This is a hands-on role for someone who moves fast, thinks visually, and is fluent in both design and short-form video right from shooting to editing with a genuine curiosity for AI-powered creative tools. If you can take a brief in the morning and have it ready to post by afternoon, this role is for you

What you’ll do

• Design carousels, posts, stories, banners and ad creatives that stop the scroll
• Shoot and edit Reels, founder clips and client stories, made for mobile first
• Create brochures, signage and visuals for our centre and on-ground events
• Build HTML emailers and visuals for our website
• Run photo and video shoots for Biopeak and our sister brands, from the shot list to the final cut
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, CapCut AI) with taste, knowing when a real shoot beats a prompt
• Maintain our templates, decks and design assets in Figma and Canva
• Keep our brand guidelines sharp and help them grow

A few things to know about us

• Our clinical team will politely stop us from promising miracles. You’ll learn to make science look great without overselling it.
• We’ll try very hard never to say “can you make the logo bigger?”

You’ll fit right in if you

• Have 3 to 5 years of design experience, with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or Fine Arts, or a portfolio that makes up for the lack of one
• Are fluent in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Edit video in Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar, and can shoot good footage and photos
• Have used at least one AI creative tool, and have opinions on which one draws the worst hands
• Understand typography, colour and layout, including print-ready files
• Can build HTML emailers
• Can show us social-native work in your portfolio
• Can juggle several briefs without letting quality slip

Bonus points for motion graphics (After Effects), basic illustration, UI/UX, brand identity systems, content strategy, and any time spent with wellness, healthcare or premium lifestyle brands.
