You will work with LS-DYNA, Pam-crash, and optimization tools, ensuring CAE/test correlation across major OEM programs and compliance with NCAP/passive safety standards.

Crash Analyst – Vehicle Side Crash Expert

• Perform CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) modelling and simulation with focus on v ehicle s ide crash , across the development lifecycle
• Extensive experience on full vehicle passive safety structural crashworthiness development programs from concept to virtual validation in CAE
• Proven CAE–test correlation and simulation expertise across major OEM programs
• Comprehensive understanding of automotive passive safety crash test regulations pertinent to v ehicle s ide crash
• Euro NCAP accredited lab experience, managing end to end passive safety testing and simulation experience desirable
• Should be highly skilled with CAE preprocessor tools (ANSA/ META post, Ls-Pre-Post, Hyper works), CAE simulation software (LS-DYNA, Pam-crash) and optimization tools (LS-OPT, Opti struct, Nastran desirable)
