Job summary

Conneqtion Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee teams through Oracle Cloud/ERP/SaaS implementations, guiding them across all phases with strong project governance.

The role requires extensive consulting-focused PM expertise, the ability to manage non-routine complex solutions, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity.
• Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Project Management or related field.
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project processes for scope management, quality standards, and risk assessment.
• Develop and maintain the project plan; review deliverables before customer release.
• Ensure projects are delivered per plan, budget, and quality requirements.
• Build and develop the project team to maximize performance with clear direction and motivation.
• Lead projects from requirements through deployment, defining schedules, scopes, budgets, and implementation plans.
• Analyze project status and adjust scope, schedule, or budget as needed to meet requirements.
• Develop partnerships with third-party resources, vendors, and researchers.
• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and outputs.
• Report outcomes and risks to management and elevate issues per plan.
• Travel to client locations as required.

Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee a team of Consultants guiding them through all phases of any Oracle Cloud/ Any ERP/ SaaS implementation projects. This role requires extensive project management expertise within a Consulting firm, as well as a comprehensive understanding of technical projects and the ability to facilitate successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions, providing structure discipline, guidance, and direction. Interaction with Internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
• Build and maintain the project plan, review all deliverables before releasing them to customer.
• Ensure Projects are delivered as per the plan, budget and quality.
• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and elevate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
• Travel to client location as required.

Skills / Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Project Management/ Any relevant qualification
• 5+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or equivalent.
• Excellent Presentation skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Oracle Project Management Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
