Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and contracting for Talent Acquisition engagements, L&D, and other related professional services.
Responsible for drafting agreements/contracts/Purchase orders for vendor engagement.
Proactively identify strategic sourcing opportunities and develop category sourcing plans across all HR categories, and work effectively with stakeholders to achieve strategic sourcing goals.
Vendor performance matrix, feedback and constant liaising with the business.
Establish and maintain analysis and tracking reports, while monitoring contract compliance and usage of specific Learning and Development services.
Minimum Requirements:
Should be a qualified Graduate/Postgraduate/Masters in HR stream.
Should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Procurement of HR Services, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development.
