Job summary

Techmax Technologies is seeking an experienced Coupa solution architect or Technical Lead for multiple accounts. You will design and implement Coupa integrations, oversee CSP configurations, and guide client teams through architecture discussions.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience with cXML, PunchOut, OAuth2/REST APIs, ISNs, and ERP integrations (SAP/Oracle). You will work with Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, and other iPaaS tools across the full lifecycle from requirements to hypercare.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total IT experience with 5+ years dedicated to Coupa implementation and architecture.
• Proven track record architecting Coupa integrations (cXML, PunchOut, OAuth2/REST APIs, ISNs) and Coupa Integration Cloud.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) including supplier self-registration, catalogs, and supplier network onboarding.
• Strong working knowledge of middleware/iPaaS tools used to connect Coupa with ERP systems (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato).
• Experience integrating Coupa with SAP (ECC/S4HANA) and/or Oracle ERP for PO, invoice, and payment data flows.
• Solid understanding of core Coupa modules: Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Sourcing, Supplier Management.
• Experience across full implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Strong client-facing skills to lead architecture discussions with client IT and business stakeholders.

• Design and implement robust Coupa integrations with ERP systems using iPaaS tools.
