Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc is seeking a Coupa Implementation & Configuration Consultant for Pan-India deployment. The role requires hands-on expertise in Coupa, Workato integrations, and end-to-end procure-to-pay configurations. Hybrid work model with a 6-month project duration and US shift timings.

Responsibilities include configuring P2P workflows, managing data migration, SIT/UAT, and post-go-live support, collaborating with Procurement, Finance, IT and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Coupa implementation and configuration experience.
• Experience with P2P workflows, approvals, forms and business rules.
• Experience integrating Coupa with SAP/Oracle ecosystems.
• Experience with data migration and validation for procurement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Coupa implementation and configuration experience.
• Gather requirements and configure Coupa P2P workflows, approval rules, forms, fields, roles, and business rules.
• Configure core Coupa modules such as Requisition, PO, Invoicing, Sourcing, and Contracts.
• Support SAP/Oracle ERP integrations, including master data, GL, PO, and invoice flows.
• Work on cXML/PunchOut integrations and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Support legacy procurement platform data migration, mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Prepare and execute SIT/UAT test scenarios and resolve defects.
• Support go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation configuration.
• Work closely with Procurement, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.

• Relevant Experience: 4 to 6 Years in Coupa Implementation & Configuration and Workato
• Work Mode: Hybrid
• Project Duration: 6 Months, might be extended
• Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST (US Shift)
