Position: Eplan Technical Support Executive

Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Technical Support and Training

Pre-Sales Support:

1. Understand the customer requirements and provide the Eplan software demo to the customer.

Post-Sales Support:

1. Help and guide the customer for the installation of software, provide training, and technical support to resolve the customer’s queries.
2. Maintain a good relationship with the customer and their technical team.

Skills Required:

1. Good technical knowledge in Electrical Panel Design and Drives, PLC.
2. Proficiency in Eplan with hands-on experience in the related industry.
3. Good communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
