Job summary

9M India Limited in Raipur, Chhattisgarh is hiring a Costing & Pricing Executive to own how fast and accurately we can quote customers. You will build and maintain a live costing model covering core products so that most quotes can be turned around same-day.

You’ll be based at the plant and work with the Plant Head to keep raw material costs, yields, and overheads current. Your responsibilities include building the master costing model, responding to pricing enquiries, keeping cost data

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in pharma costing, BOM preparation, production planning, or purchase/procurement.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort owning a live data model.
• Understanding of raw material sourcing and pharmaceutical manufacturing cost structures.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Raipur.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to meet turnaround deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a master costing model covering raw material, packaging, batch yield, and overhead costs across core product lines.
• Respond to pricing enquiries (single or multi-product) within a committed turnaround time.
• Work directly with the plant team to keep cost data accurate and current.
• Escalate genuinely new/uncosted products through BOM and purchase as needed and add data into the model.
• Support BD with pricing inputs for quotations and proposals.

About the role:

We're hiring a Costing & Pricing Executive to own how quickly and accurately we can quote our customers. Today, pricing a single enquiry takes far too long because it starts from scratch every time.

Your job is to fix that — by building and maintaining a live costing model covering our core products, so that most quotes can be turned around same-day instead of over days or weeks. You'll be based at the plant and work directly with the Plant Head to keep raw material costs, yields, and overheads current.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a master costing model covering raw material, packaging, batch yield, and overhead costs across our core product lines
• Respond to pricing enquiries (single or multi-product) within a committed turnaround time
• Work directly with the plant team to keep cost data accurate and current
• Escalate genuinely new/uncosted products through BOM and purchase as needed — and add the resulting cost data into the model so it doesn't need to happen again
• Support BD with pricing inputs for quotations and proposals
