Job summary

Capgemini India is seeking a senior cost control leader to drive end-to-end financial governance across supply chain operations in Chennai. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis while ensuring strict compliance and transparent reporting.

You will partner with operations, procurement and finance teams to optimize costs, drive continuous improvement and deliver business value using ERP and data-visualization tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, finance, or cost control.
• Strong budgeting, cost analysis, variance reporting and audit compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization tools.
