Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a talented Supply Planner in Chennai to drive data-driven production planning and inventory optimization. You will roll out weekly and monthly production plans, collaborate with client teams, and ensure stock availability while avoiding stockouts at warehouses or consumer touchpoints.

The role requires 5 to 7 years of experience in supply planning with exposure to MRP/ERP processes, S&OP, and OTIF excellence.

• 5 to 7 years expereince require.

• Managing Inventory at the optimum level - making sure that there is no non-moving or slow-moving FG as well as no stock outs at warehouse / consumer
• Experience in S&OP planning
• Defining stock policies & ensure adherence
• Ensuring highest levels of OTIF
• Ensuring production adherence (Plan vs actuals) via collaboration calls with factor.
