Job summary

IWP Academy in Jaipur is seeking a passionate Cosmetology & Beauty Trainer to join our academic team. You will lead practical and theoretical sessions in beauty, hair, and cosmetology, mentoring students to develop industry-ready skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in beauty, hair, cosmetology, salon or beauty training.
• Strong practical knowledge of beauty and hair treatments.
• Prior teaching/training experience is an advantage.
• Relevant certification/diploma in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, Hair or related fields preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct practical and theoretical classes in Beauty, Hair & Cosmetology.
• Train students in hair styling, hair treatments, skin care, facials, makeup and salon procedures.
• Demonstrate professional beauty and hair techniques through hands-on training.
• Prepare lesson plans, demonstrations and practical assignments.
• Guide students in developing industry-ready technical and professional skills.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure proper practical training standards.
