Dermatrix Healthcare Limited seeks a skilled Cosmetologist / Aesthetic Doctor to join its clinical team in Thane/Goa. The role focuses on skin and hair care, non-surgical aesthetic procedures, patient consultations, and delivering personalized treatment plans.

You should bring 2–5 years of relevant experience, a qualification in BAMS/BHMS/MBBS or Dermatology, and a patient-centric approach with strong communication and clinical skills. Freshers with relevant qualifications may also be considered.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient consultations and assess skin and hair concerns.
• Recommend treatments based on clinical assessment.
• Perform approved aesthetic procedures within scope of qualification and training.
• Guide on laser treatments, hair care and skin maintenance.
• Explain treatment plans, outcomes, precautions and aftercare to patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and consent forms.
• Ensure hygiene, safety and clinical protocol compliance.
• Coordinate with clinic team for smooth patient experience.
• Support follow-ups and maintain high patient satisfaction.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and assess skin and hair concerns.
• Recommend appropriate treatments based on patient needs and clinical assessment.
• Perform authorized aesthetic procedures within the scope of qualification and training.
• Handle skin rejuvenation, anti-ageing, pigmentation, acne, and other aesthetic concerns.
• Provide guidance on laser treatments, hair care, and skin maintenance.
• Explain treatment plans, expected outcomes, precautions, and aftercare to patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and consent forms.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and patient safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Support patient follow-ups and maintain high standards of patient satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Good clinical knowledge of skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments.
• Strong communication and patient counselling skills.
• Professional approach with a patient-centric attitude.
• Knowledge of aesthetic procedures and laser treatments is an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational qualification: BAMS / BHMS / MBBS / Dermatology qualification, as applicable to the role.
