Key Responsibilities

1. Hair Care Services

• Perform haircuts, styling, blow-drying, coloring, and chemical treatments.
• Recommend hairstyles and haircare solutions based on client needs.
• Maintain proper sanitation of all hair tools and equipment.

2. Skin & Beauty Treatments

• Provide facials, skin analysis, clean-ups, and basic skincare treatments.
• Recommend skincare products and treatment plans based on skin type.
• Perform waxing, threading, and other hair removal services.

3. Makeup & Grooming

• Apply makeup for daily wear, events, parties, and bridal functions.
• Offer consultations on makeup products and techniques.
• Provide grooming services such as manicure, pedicure, and nail care (if part of salon services).

4. Client Consultation & Service Excellence

• Conduct personalized consultations to understand client preferences.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle client concerns professionally.
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business.

5. Hygiene & Safety

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and treatment areas.
• Follow all safety protocols and salon standards.
• Maintain knowledge of skin allergies, reactions, and proper product usage.
