Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced business strategy professional to steward financial data within the Finance RP G&S team in India. You will analyze data to deliver strategic insights on growth and profitability, develop and implement growth initiatives, and conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.

You will collaborate across functions to drive key strategic projects and refine offerings in alignment with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• PG/ MBA from a top university
• 6-8 years total experience
• 3-4 years in financial data analysis, modelling & insights
• 1-2 years in corporate and growth strategy – IT/ITeS/BPO preferred
• Management consulting experience preferred
• Digital transformation experience in global enterprise
• Experience with senior stakeholders on strategic thinking and execution

Responsibilities

• Custodian of financial data in Finance RP G&S team
• Analyze data, create strategic insights on business financials (growth, profitability, initiatives)
• Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with company objectives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects and initiatives
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure effectiveness of growth strategies
• Prepare strategic plans and progress reports to senior management
• Establish and leverage internal/external networks to stay updated on tools/frameworks/solutions
• Work with leadership to refine offerings and define new ones
• Support other practice teams in standardization of solutions and costing/validation

Overall Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies.


• Prepare strategic plans and progress reports to senior management.


• Establish and leverage internal and external networks (e.g. Analysts) to stay on top of the latest and greatest tools, frameworks, practices and solutions within Accenture and for competition


• Work closely with leadership team to refine existing offerings and solutions and define new ones


• Support other practice teams in strategic initiatives including - driving standardization of solution, optimizing solution cost structure, defining and formalizing the process of solutions costing & validation and working with marketing and communication teams to ensure client-readiness of sales collaterals

Qualifications

• Post Graduate Business Diploma / MBA from a top university/college


• 6-8 years of total experience


• 3-4 years of experience in financial data analysis, financial modelling & business insights generation


• 1-2 years of experience in corporate and growth strategy preferable – strategy design and execution experience, preferably in IT/ITes/BPO firm


• Management consulting experience is preferred but not necessary


• Preferable to have digital transformation experience in a global enterprise


• Experience in working with senior stakeholders (internal or client) on strategic thinking and execution

Other Requirements

• Must be able and flexible to work across time-zones, if required


• Limited travel required
