Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of experience in reputed B-Schools or educational institutions, preferably within placement, career services, or corporate relations functions.
• Graduate from any stream.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with students, employers, and industry stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify corporate engagement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage corporate partnerships to achieve set targets and drive growth across new and existing relationships.
• Lead outreach initiatives to onboard leading agencies and brands, expanding recruitment opportunities across Indian and global markets.
• Engage with HR professionals, senior executives, business unit heads, agencies, brands, and other industry stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong professional network to support student recruitment and placement opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen employer relationships to understand hiring requirements and create relevant opportunities for students.
• Collaborate with industry leaders to organize job fairs, networking events, workshops, and masterclasses that enhance student exposure.

Work Timings: 10:15 AM 7:15 PM (6 hours minimum per day)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week Because Productivity Doesn't Need a 6th Day

About the Role

As the Corporate Relations Intern at Andheri, Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in expanding corporate partnerships and strengthening relationships with agencies and brands to support student career growth. This role involves collaborating with students and employers to facilitate job placements, enhance employability, and build long-term corporate relationships while supporting outreach and stakeholder engagement initiatives. You will work closely with students, employers, industry professionals, and cross-functional teams to uphold high standards across placement and corporate engagement activities.

What You'll Do

• Corporate Business Development:
  Cultivate and manage corporate partnerships to achieve set targets and drive growth across new and existing relationships.
  Lead outreach initiatives to onboard leading agencies and brands, expanding recruitment opportunities across Indian and global markets.
  
• Stakeholder Engagement & Partner Acquisition:
  Engage with HR professionals, senior executives, business unit heads, agencies, brands, and other industry stakeholders.
  Build and maintain a strong professional network to support student recruitment and placement opportunities.
  
• Employer & Industry Relationship Management:
  Maintain and strengthen employer relationships to understand hiring requirements and create relevant opportunities for students.
  Collaborate with industry leaders to organize job fairs, networking events, workshops, and masterclasses that enhance student exposure.
  
• Student Placement & Career Support:
  Interact with students to understand their career aspirations and support career mapping and professional development.
  Assist students with job placements by matching them with suitable opportunities and supporting resume building and interview preparation.
  Guide students regarding internships, job openings, application processes, and interview techniques.
  
• Database Management & Reporting:
  Maintain accurate and organized databases of employer contacts, student profiles, job listings, and placement opportunities.
  Track placement performance and generate insights to evaluate the effectiveness of placement and employer engagement initiatives.
  
• Additional Duties:
  Support day-to-day placement and corporate engagement activities as required.
  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of recruitment and placement processes.
  Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.
  

Who You Are

• Must-Have:
  03 years of experience in reputed B-Schools or educational institutions, preferably within placement, career services, or corporate relations functions.
  Graduate from any stream.
  Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with students, employers, and industry stakeholders.
  Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify corporate engagement opportunities.
  
• Should Have:
  Experience or exposure to corporate business development, account management, partnership acquisition, or employer engagement.
  Strong networking, stakeholder management, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Nice to Have:
  Prior exposure to career services, talent partnerships, student placement, or recruitment functions.
  Experience coordinating recruitment drives, employer interactions, or placement-related initiatives.
  Familiarity with the education, digital marketing, advertising, or agency ecosystem.
