About the Role

As the Corporate Relations Intern at Andheri, Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in expanding corporate partnerships and strengthening relationships with agencies and brands to support student career growth. This role involves collaborating with students and employers to facilitate job placements, enhance employability, and build long‑term corporate relationships. You will support outreach initiatives, engage with stakeholders, and work cross‑functionally to uphold high standards across placement and corporate engagement activities.

What You’ll Do

Corporate Business Development

• Cultivate and manage partnerships to achieve set targets, ensuring growth across new and existing corporate relationships.
• Lead outreach initiatives to onboard top agencies and brands, expanding recruitment opportunities across India and global markets.
• Engage with HR professionals, senior executives, business unit heads, and teams across industries, including digital advertising agencies and brands.
• Build and maintain a strong professional network to support student recruitment and placement activities.

Relationship Building, Student, and Employer Engagement

• Maintain and strengthen employer relationships to understand hiring requirements and create opportunities for students.
• Collaborate with industry leaders to organize job fairs, networking events, workshops, and masterclasses to enhance student exposure.

Job Placement, Student Interaction, & Career Mentorship

• Interact with students to understand career aspirations and provide guidance on career mapping and development.
• Assist students with job placements by aligning them with suitable opportunities and supporting resume building and interview preparation.
• Provide guidance on internships, job openings, application processes, and interview techniques.
• Maintain and organize databases of employer contacts, student profiles, and job listings.
• Track placement performance and generate insights to evaluate the effectiveness of placement initiatives.

Additional Duties

• Support day‑time placement and corporate engagement activities as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of recruitment and placement processes.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.

Who You Are

• 0–3 years of experience in reputed B‑Schools or educational institutions, preferably within placement or career services divisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with students and employers.
• Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and develop corporate engagement strategies.

Should Have

• Experience in corporate business development, account management, or partnership acquisition.
• Excellent networking, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in career services, talent partnerships, or student placement functions.
• Exposure to recruitment coordination or employer engagement initiatives.

Educational Background

• Graduate from any stream.
