Job summary

Accenture in Bengaluru is seeking a Visa & Immigration Associate to handle mobility service inquiries and document collection for assignees traveling internationally.

You will respond to queries via calls and email, assist with visa applications, work permits, relocation, and travel arrangements, and maintain trackers. Strong communication, coordination, and customer service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

JOB SUMMARY:

Mobility team is responsible for the day- to-day service delivery of Mobility services in connection with assigned population of personnel traveling to various countries.Working as part of the Mobility Processing, the role demands that he/she will be required to collect complete documentation from assignees and handle any Mobility queries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide prompt and professional responses to customer queries related to mobility services via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers in navigating mobility processes, including visa applications, work permits, relocation services, and travel arrangements.
• Respond with complete solution to queries on visas within SLA.
• Update Trackers and internal Immigration Tools.
• Paying special attention to Leadership cases and owning the cases till closure.
• Organizing sessions for travelers regarding process to be followed while travelling.
• Continuously improve systems knowledge, and communications skills
• Stay updated on industry trends, policies, and regulations related to mobility services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
• Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve customer service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Required to move into other teams such as operations when there is a requirement.
• Correspondence - Able to draft mails using proper business communication language, non-aggressive and customer friendly communication.
• Actively handling customers queries. Arranging their documents and process further for Visa services
• Process visa request - collecting complete documents for processing invite letter / support letters and visa applications.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education:A University degree.

Work Experience:Should have around 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in visas immigration compliance field. Strong oral and written communications skills - this role requires a confident communicator and team player with robust interpersonal skills and a -can-doattitude -have knowledge of drafting Letters and able to articulate well. Strong coordination skills able to work with and establish working relationships with large group of SMs and Managers. Should be a self-starter and needs to work with minimum supervision - Strong organizational or time management.Working knowledge of other Microsoft applications.
