Job summary

Trilegal, a premier law firm in Mumbai, is seeking dynamic Corporate Lawyers at Associate/Senior Associate/Counsel level to bolster our M&A teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–8 years PQE in general corporate, with experience across cross-border transactions, due diligence, drafting and negotiations, and the ability to work with multiple practice groups.

Job description

We are looking to interview and bring on board dynamic and motivated Corporate Lawyers looking for a break and an opportunity to excel in our corporate M&A teams in Mumbai. The ideal candidates should have in-depth transactional experience across sectors, the ability to independently manage complex corporate cross border M&A matters and be able to work in collaboration with different practice teams.

Position – Associate/Senior Associate/Counsel

Practice Area - General Corporate - M&A, Venture Capital and Private Equity

Qualification - Qualified lawyer and must be enrolled in Bar Council of India

PQE - 2 to 8 years

• Strong technical, due diligence, drafting, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
