Job summary

The Muthoot Group in Vasai, Maharashtra, invites applications for a role focused on drafting and issuing SARFAESI notices. You will draft Pre-SARFAESI notices under Section 13(2) and coordinate their newspaper publications.

You will prepare Possession Notices under Section 13(4), manage publication in newspapers, and coordinate Physical Possession notices. You will initiate valuations after possession to obtain reserve price approval, prepare Sale and Private Treaty notices for publication, and

Responsibilities

• Draft Pre-SARFAESI notices and Demand Notices with newspaper publication under Section 13(2).
• Prepare Possession Notices under Section 13(4) and coordinate newspaper publication.
• Initiate valuation after possession to obtain Reserve Price approval.

• Maintain records and ensure SARFAESI timelines and internal TAT compliance.

Initiating valuation in cases where physical possession has been obtained for obtaining Reserve Price approval.

Preparing Sale Notices and arranging their publication in newspapers, and preparing Private Treaty Notices and coordinating their publication in newspapers.

Maintaining proper records and ensuring compliance with SARFAESI Act timelines and internal TAT.
