Job summary

The Corporate Counsel role at Aerial Telecom Solutions (ATS) offers an in-house path for a seasoned lawyer to lead corporate advisory, contract drafting, and litigation management across India. You will handle commercial agreements, vendor disputes, and regulatory matters while coordinating with external advocates for complex litigation.

Ideal candidates have valid Bar Council enrollment and 5–10 years of corporate law experience, with strong drafting, negotiation, and case management skills.

• Experience in commercial recovery, labour disputes, MSME matters, and court appearances.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and litigation management skills.

• Handle vendor/contractor defaults, material recovery, and police complaints.
• Manage MSME Council proceedings, commercial recovery, and defamation matters.
• Independently draft pleadings, file cases, and argue matters before courts and tribunals across India.
• Coordinate with external advocates for complex litigation and High Court matters.
• Ensure effective legal risk management and cost optimization.

Requirements

• LL.B. degree with valid Bar Council enrollment.
• 510 years of relevant experience in corporate law and active litigation.
• Strong hands-on experience in commercial recovery, labour disputes, MSME matters, and court appearances.
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and litigation management skills.

Important

Candidates with substantial practical litigation experience are preferred over those focused primarily on corporate advisory and documentation.
