The role requires 3–5 years in strategic finance or related fields, with strong communication and analytic skills. MBA/CA/CFA preferred; travel-tech or fintech exposure is a plus.

Job Title: Manager-Corporate Finance (full-time; WFO-5 days)

Reporting to: GM -Corporate Finance

Location: Gurgaon

Job Purpose:-

DreamFolks is looking for a high-impact strategic finance professional to drive FP&A, investor relations, business analytics, and strategic finance initiatives across the organization. This role will partner closely with the leadership team to shape short- and long-term financial strategy, improve decision-making through data-driven insights, and support organic and inorganic growth initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, ratio analysis, valuation principles, and ability to connect financial performance to valuations and equity story development.
• Build and implement annual operating plans, budgeting frameworks, and forecasting models.
• Prepare automated and insight-driven monthly finance dashboards and management review packs highlighting business performance, profitability drivers, operational KPIs, and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate across departments to establish systems for tracking and reporting key business metrics.
• Drive predictive analysis, external benchmarking, ratio analysis, and advanced analytics for strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with the accounts team to track business performance against projections and budgets.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc management reporting with a focus on automation, decision support, and actionable insights.
• Analyse trends in operating expenses and publish dashboards for various stakeholders.
• Track market trends, peer performance, institutional investor expectations, and valuation benchmarks.
• Build detailed financial models, valuation frameworks, synergy assessments, and investment theses for potential transactions.
• Coordinate and support financial, commercial, operational, and strategic due diligence processes.
• Support transaction structuring, deal negotiations, and preparation of investment committee and board materials.
• Assist leadership in post-merger integration planning, synergy tracking, KPI monitoring, and performance evaluation.
• Develop detailed financial and valuation models, including DCF, comparable companies, transaction multiples, scenario analysis, and synergy assessments.
• Drive automation of FP&A, MIS, and reporting processes using AI tools, data analytics, and workflow automation platforms.
• Build intelligent dashboards and automated management reporting systems for leadership review.

Work Experience & Qualification:-

• MBA /CA / CFA from a reputed institute with atleast 3-5 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investor relations, corporate development, consulting, investment banking, or finance transformation roles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to AI tools and automation platforms will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience or exposure in travel-tech, fintech, digital payments, card networks, loyalty ecosystems, or credit card-linked consumer platforms will be preferred.
