Job summary

Kinexin Convention Management in Delhi seeks a Corporate Driver on contractual basis to provide safe driving for management and official duties, maintain vehicle, and assist in coordination of support staff. The role requires 5-10 years driving experience, valid LMV/CD licenses, and good English/Hindi communication, with a professional, reliable approach.

Working hours are flexible based on events and official engagements; extended hours may be required during peak operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant driving experience (corporate/institutional preferred).
• License: Valid LMV / Commercial Driving License.
• Driving Skills: Proven safe driving record with good route knowledge.
• Communication: Basic working knowledge of English/Hindi for coordination and reporting.
• Other Traits: Professional conduct, discipline, reliability, and confidentiality.
• Exposure: Housekeeping supervision, Ground staff coordination, Traffic marshaling (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely for official, corporate, and management-related duties.
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop for meetings, events, and official travel.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, upkeep, and ensure timely servicing, insurance, and documentation.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance logs.
• Support supervision and coordination of housekeeping and ground staff when required.
• Assist in traffic marshaling and movement control during events or peak operations.
• Ensure compliance with traffic rules, safety norms, and company policies.
• Report any vehicle issues, incidents, or irregularities promptly.
