To develop and execute the organization's public relations and corporate communication strategy to strengthen brand reputation and enhance stakeholder trust. Lead media relations, corporate communications, leadership messaging, and crisis communication initiatives.

PR Strategy & Corporate Communications

• Develop and implement annual Public Relations and Corporate Communication strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build and enhance the company's corporate reputation among customers, media, investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Develop key messaging frameworks for business initiatives and corporate announcements.
• Support leadership in strategic communication initiatives.

Media Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with national, regional, and trade media.
• Identify opportunities for positive media coverage across print, television, digital, and business publications.
• Prepare press releases, media notes, interviews, and media kits.
• Coordinate media interactions, press conferences, and product launch events.
• Monitor media coverage and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

Brand Reputation Management

Manage corporate reputation across traditional and digital media.

• Handle crisis communication and develop response strategies for reputation-related issues.
• Prepare communication plans for sensitive business situations.
• Track public sentiment and recommend proactive communication initiatives.

Leadership Communications

• Draft speeches, presentations, leadership messages, newsletters, and corporate announcements.
• Support executive communication for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop communication material for board meetings, conferences, and public forums.

Internal Communications

Drive employee communication initiatives to strengthen organizational culture.

• Develop newsletters, employee engagement communication, town hall content, and leadership updates.
• Ensure consistent communication across all business locations.
