Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION in Mumbai seeks an LSU Associate to service credit facilities, process cash transfers and perform reconciliations. The role supports the GCF Loan Operations team and offers a hybrid work model balancing home and office work.

You will review loan transactions, initiate transfers and reconcile ledgers, contributing to accurate financial reporting and efficient operations for institutional clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of loan operations and servicing support.
• General understanding of accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
• Prior banking and/or lending knowledge beneficial.

• Review transactional documentation and process principal, interest and fee transactions on loan accounting system.
• Initiate cash movements via internal transfer and Fed wire/SWIFT.

Who we are looking for

Global Credit Finance (GCF) Loan Operations provides operational support to the GCF division of Markets and Financing. Loan Servicing Unit (LSU) Associate is needed to service credit facilities on the Bank’s loan accounting system, process cash transfers and perform reconcilements. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.
