The role will promote compliance, risk management, and provide legal support to other departments.

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in law.

Job Description:

Job Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements, including leases.
• Managing the entire contract life cycle.
• Draft contract templates for all lines of business.
• Promoting legal, compliance, and risk management best practices throughout the company by creating awareness.
• Legalsupport to other departments.
• Handling the trademark portfolio, including, but not limited to, seeking advice from an IP attorney to understand the registration process, coordinating with the branding team, sharing the mark for registration, and ensuring replies are filed on time.
• Shops & Establishment compliances
• Legal research.
• Stayingup-to-datewith changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect the business of the Company, including laws and regulations of IRDAI.
• This role may require travel based on business requirements.
• Litigation and outside counsel management as and when required.
• Any other legalsupport as may be required.

Requirements
