Job summary

HDFC Life is seeking an energetic Corporate Agency Manager - Banca to drive Bancassurance sales through partner banks. This field role requires traveling to meet channel partner teams and customers within the assigned location.

You'll work to meet top-line targets, persistency, and product mix by collaborating with channel partners, and support pre- and post-sales activities including claim settlements. Graduation in any stream and strong communication are essential.

As a Front Line Sales employee in Bancassurance channel, you will network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products.

What does the job entail?

It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.

You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.

You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.

Age: 21 - 38 years

Education: Graduation in any stream

Minimum Sales Experience: 6 months to 4 years
