Responsibilities

• As a Front Line Sales employee in Bancassurance, network with channel partner teams to build win-win relationships and drive sales of life insurance products.
• It is a field job; travel within the location to meet channel partners and customers.
• Meet business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and guiding channel partners.
• Support pre- and post-sales activities, including claim settlements, where applicable.
• Adopt technology/mobility tools to comply with the Sales Management Process and uphold organizational ethics.

As a Front Line Sales employee in Bancassurance channel, you will network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products.

What does the job entail?

It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.

You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.

You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.

About the channel

Bancassurance is the largest sales channel of HDFC Life which includes selling life insurance through Bancassurance partners like HDFC Bank.

With its vision to be the highest performing Bancassurance channel in the industry, the team has its presence in 400+ locations in the country.

Age: 21 - 38 years

Education: Graduation in any stream

Minimum Sales Experience: 6 months to 4 years
