Job summary

Kiya.ai in Chennai is seeking a corporate actions specialist with 2–4 years of experience to join our finance operations. You will handle key processing tasks and support regulatory/compliance requirements.

The role requires strong Excel skills, knowledge of financial markets, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics. You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate, timely processing of corporate actions.

• Perform cash and stock reconciliations and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Process payment claims and tax-related transactions.
• Apply the correct tax treatment and maintain supporting documentation.
• Prepare reports and support regulatory and audit requirements.
• Follow operational procedures, compliance policies, and internal controls.
• Work closely with business teams, custodians, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
