Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Setup Desktop, Computers, Peripherals, Cameras and test network connections
  • Install and test Desktop software applications
  • Configure network equipment for efficient and resilient network operation.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Should be able to troubleshoot MS-Office
  • Perform preventative maintenance to maintain optimal system performance. Maintain network monitoring system.
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of telephony systems, Network equipment like L2, L3 Switches, Routers
  • Must be able to configure policies on devices.
  • Maintain inventory documentation of all network, computer equipment, peripherals, and corresponding configurations.
  • Collaborate with vendors for software and hardware installations, troubleshooting, administration, and maintenance.
  • Installation of Laptops & printers and troubleshooting skills should be there

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 1 year or above experience in an IT support/technician role
  • Candidates having sound knowledge of Networking based on CCNA Syllabus will be preferred
  • Working knowledge on Microsoft servers, Linux OS & VMWare ESXI.
  • Basic knowledge of Python or Python frameworks
