Job summary

Shashwath Solution Bengaluru is seeking a Creative CorelDRAW Designer with hands-on printing industry experience to handle artwork, prepare print-ready files, and coordinate with production teams.

You will design for offset, digital, and large-format printing, ensure color accuracy and pre-press readiness, and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.

Experience with brochures, banners, visiting cards, packaging and promotional materials is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in CorelDRAW (Mandatory).
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator is an added advantage.
• Understanding CMYK color modes, DPI, and print specifications.
• Experience in print media, flex printing, offset printing, or packaging.

Responsibilities

• Design and modify artwork using CorelDRAW.
• Create print-ready files for offset, digital, and large-format printing.
• Handle brochures, banners, visiting cards, flyers, labels, packaging designs, stickers, flex, and promotional materials.
• Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, bleed, margins, and color settings before printing.
• Coordinate with printing and production teams for final output.
• Edit and resize customer-provided artwork as per printing requirements.
• Maintain quality standards and timely delivery of designs.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and creativity.

About the Role : -

• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented CorelDRAW Designer with hands-on experience in the printing industry.


• The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of print design, layout creation, color correction, and pre-press preparation.


• The candidate must be capable of handling client artwork requirements, preparing print-ready files, and coordinating with production teams to ensure high-quality printing output.

Key Responsibilities : -

• Design and modify artwork using CorelDRAW


• Create print-ready files for offset, digital, and large-format printing


• Handle brochures, banners, visiting cards, flyers, labels, packaging designs, stickers, flex, and promotional materials

Experience Required : -

• 2-5 Years of experience in Printing / Advertising / Designing Industry

Educational Qualification : -

• Any Degree / Diploma in Graphic Designing or related field preferred

• Experience in printing press or advertising agency


• Knowledge of machine printing formats and pre-press process


• Immediate joiners preferred


• Good communication and teamwork skills
