Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Oracle Financials Lead with 8+ years of experience to lead finance implementations across Oracle Cloud and EBS. The role focuses on AP, AR, GL, FA, and CM modules, driving process improvements and client collaboration.

You will design finance solutions, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to business development while guiding the implementation team through delivery and sign-off.

Qualifications

• Solid implementation experience in 5+ Oracle Application programs in Cloud and EBS.
• Hands-on experience in AP, AR, GL, FA, CM modules.
• Experience in design and process improvement for finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Assess current state finance function performance and capabilities of client organizations
• Understand and design finance processes, and recommend improvement opportunities around process efficiencies and internal controls
• Work closely with client representatives to build a consensus on the future state of the finance function and secure buy‑in from all relevant stakeholders
• Actively contribute in business development (proposals, solution, diagnostics etc.)
• Provide Solution inputs, Design overall solution and interfaces required with other systems
• Act as point of contact for the stream and liaise between business users and the Implementation team
• Interact with business leads to gather requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud/EBS collaborate with the technical development team on solution design, test, re‑work and sign off, and work with business leads to implement the solution developed.
