Job summary

Accenture PLC in India is seeking a Finance implementation specialist at Team Lead level to drive Oracle Cloud Financials and EBS implementations across AP, AR, GL, FA, CM. You will design finance processes, map requirements, and lead a team through delivery.

The role demands 8+ years of relevant experience in similar organizations, strong communication, stakeholder management, and a track record of successful finance transformations within Oracle environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Financial and EBS modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM) and revenue management.
• Minimum 8 years in finance implementation in similar organizations.
• Preferably CA/MBA/Cost Accountant/B.Com/M.Com or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current state finance function performance and capabilities of client organizations.
• Understand and design finance processes, and recommend improvement opportunities around process efficiencies and internal controls.
• Work closely with client representatives to build consensus on the future state of the finance function and secure buy-in from stakeholders.
• Actively contribute in business development (proposals, solution, diagnostics etc.).
• Provide solution inputs, design overall solution and interfaces required with other systems.
• Act as point of contact for the stream and liaise between business users and the implementation team.
• Collaborate with business leads to map requirements to Oracle Cloud/EBS and work with technical development teams to implement the solution.

A Finance implementation specialist who has solid implementation experience in 5+ Oracle Application programs in Cloud and EBS with in-depth hands‑on experience in the above modules.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Interact with business leads to gather requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud/EBS collaborate with the technical development team on solution design, test, re-work and sign off, and work with business leads to implement the solution developed.
