Responsibilities

• Good Conceptual Clarity of theConcepts.
• In-depth clarity of UPSC ExamPattern, Syllabus, and Marking scheme.
• Answer Script Evaluation: Assessingand evaluating the written answers provided by candidates.
• Objective Marking: Assigningappropriate marks based on the candidate's understanding, analysis, andexpression.
• Subject Expertise: Possessingin-depth knowledge and expertise in the subjects they evaluate.
• Impartial: Evaluation of answerswithout personal biases or opinions, ensuring fairness.
• Standardized Evaluation: Maintainingconsistency and uniformity in marking similar answers.
• Following Marking Scheme: Adheringto the predetermined marking scheme provided by the UPSC.
• Analytical Assessment: Evaluatingthe coherence of arguments and the overall quality of the response.
• Clarity and Presentation: Assessingthe clarity of expression and the ability to present relevant facts,arguments, and examples.
• Timely Completion: Working withindefined timelines to complete the evaluation process efficiently.

Requirements

• Must have written at least 2Mains or 1 Interview
• 2+ years of work experience in asimilar profile
• Excellent Command of English& Hindi language
• Able to Work from office
