Job summary

Greythr in Bengaluru seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) associate to support MEL frameworks, indicators, and data tools. You will coordinate data collection, verification, and quality checks to ensure reliable reporting.

You will maintain dashboards and documentation, prepare insights for internal reviews and donor reports, and train teams on MEL processes. A background in social sectors and climate-related learning is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Environmental Studies, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in documentation and data management.
• Basic understanding of MEL in the social sector.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong data management, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with MIS platforms, ERP systems, or digital data tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams.
• Interest in sustainability, climate change, and social impact.
• Candidates with experience in other sectors or recent upskilling in climate-related areas are encouraged to apply.
