Job summary

IFF in Chennai, Guindy, India (hybrid role) is seeking a data-minded professional to maintain supplier and ingredient master data that underpins critical quality programs. You will ensure data accuracy and work with vendors to keep records current, supporting global quality initiatives.

You will leverage SAP Quality Module, Power BI and Excel to drive data integrity and reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams across our global operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience with SAP Quality Module and related systems.
• Strong data management and master data governance capabilities.
• Experience with supplier data and ingredient data management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated and organized with ability to handle multiple priorities.

The role will report into the Taste Vendor Quality Organization and will be responsible for maintaining ingredient and supplier master data supporting various quality programs and processes. The position involves managing data accuracy, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the distribution, tracking, and follow-up of daily operational activities.

• Ensure accurate and efficient maintenance of supplier and ingredient master data supporting critical Corporate Quality programs.
• Contribute to strengthening vendor quality and risk management processes across global business operations.
• Support process standardization, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional and global teams to enhance data quality, operational efficiency, and compliance.
• Help drive reliable decision-making through accurate data management and reporting.
