Job summary

WSP India is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage daily facility operations across office premises in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. You will ensure smooth functioning of workspaces, meeting rooms, common areas, cafeterias and support facilities, while coordinating with vendors to maintain service levels.

Responsibilities include regular inspections, reporting maintenance issues, and monitoring housekeeping and technical services to meet safety and quality standards.

• Background verification (BGV) will be conducted by a third-party agency.

Electrical & Technical Infrastructure

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of:
  • LT/HT Panels
  • DG Sets
  • UPS Systems
  • Transformers
  • Electrical Distribution Systems
  • Lighting Systems
• Monitor electrical load utilization and energy consumption.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply and support business continuity requirements.
• Coordinate with facility and technical service vendors.
• Validate service reports, maintenance schedules, and invoices.
• Escalate service deficiencies and monitor closure.

Preventive Maintenance

• Maintain annual preventive maintenance calendars.
• Ensure timely completion of technical inspections and maintenance activities.
• Maintain maintenance records and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

BGV:

Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification ("BGV") check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
