Job summary

WSP India is seeking a facilities professional to coordinate daily facility management across office premises in India, ensuring smooth operations of workspaces, meeting rooms, common areas and cafeterias. You will oversee maintenance, housekeeping and technical services to uphold service standards and business continuity.

Role involves coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance of LT/HT panels, DG sets, UPS, transformers, and lighting; monitoring energy use; and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• BGV background verification check by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India is mandatory.
• Candidates must ensure accuracy and completeness of information provided during recruitment.

• Ensure smooth functioning of workspaces, meeting rooms, common areas, cafeterias and support facilities.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Monitor housekeeping and technical service standards.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of LT/HT panels, DG sets, UPS, transformers, electrical distribution and lighting systems.
• Monitor electrical load utilization and energy consumption.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply and support business continuity requirements.
• Coordinate with facility and technical service vendors; track SLAs and validate service reports, maintenance schedules and invoices; escalate deficiencies and monitor closures.
• Maintain annual preventive maintenance calendars and records; ensure timely completion of inspections and maintenance activities; maintain compliance documentation.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of:
• LT/HT Panels
• DG Sets
• UPS Systems
• Transformers
• Electrical Distribution Systems
• Lighting Systems
• Monitor electrical load utilization and energy consumption.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply and support business continuity requirements.

Vendor Management

• Coordinate with facility and technical service vendors.
• Track vendor performance against SLAs.
• Validate service reports, maintenance schedules, and invoices.
• Escalate service deficiencies and monitor closure.

Preventive Maintenance

• Maintain annual preventive maintenance calendars.
• Ensure timely completion of technical inspections and maintenance activities.
• Maintain maintenance records and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

BGV

• Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
