Job summary

• Support smooth execution of field activities.
• Submit daily or weekly reports to Location Leader or project manager.
• Support approaching the target group and organize the FL sessions.
• Carry training material to locations for distribution.

Requirements

• Graduate/ Bachelors degree in Social Work, Commerce/Economics Education, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in grassroots project implementation or team supervision.
• Open to travel and relocate at the project location
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes.
• Fluency in the local language and basic proficiency in English and MS Office.
