The role requires 3–5 years of professional cooking experience, a High School Diploma or culinary certification, and strong HACCP knowledge. You will maintain inventory, follow safety regulations, and work with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; culinary certification or diploma is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional cooking experience.
• Proven cook with ability to work in corporate or institutional kitchens.
• Valid food handler's license or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and HACCP regulations.

• Collaborate with the team to plan menus, incorporate seasonal ingredients, and introduce new and innovative dishes.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
