Qualifications

• Certifications (Mandatory): Active NISM Series X-A and NISM Series X-B
• Experience: 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in wealth management, SEBI-registered Investment Advisory (RIA), asset management, or fintech operations
• Education: Post-graduation in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, CA, or related quantitative field preferred
• Regulatory Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEBI RIA guidelines, compliance standards, and wealth management operations
• Tech-Savvy: Strong familiarity with Portfolio Management Systems (PMS), CRM tools, and wealth automation platforms
• Leadership: Proven track record of scaling teams, managing cross-functional workflows, and driving operational efficiency

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Direct and optimize daily business operations across client onboarding, portfolio reporting, billing, and back-office workflows
• Regulatory & Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, KYC/AML frameworks, and periodic regulatory filings in collaboration with compliance teams
• Process & Technology Integration: Design scalable operational processes, integrate WealthTech tools, and automate portfolio management and reporting platforms

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and high-performing Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operational, compliance, and strategic growth initiatives. As a core member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure seamless SEBI compliance, drive technological integration, and scale our investment advisory and wealth management platform.
