EPAM Systems is seeking a Conversational AI Architect in Chennai to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade AI agents on Google Cloud. You will lead hands-on development, implement security guardrails, and guide production deployments for high-volume environments.

Qualifications

• 12–20 years of IT experience with enterprise-scale AI initiatives.
• Expertise in Gemini CX, Google Cloud CCAI, Vertex AI Agent Studio and AAM framework.
• Proven ability to design and deploy agentic/conversational AI systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy enterprise-grade agentic and conversational AI solutions on Google Cloud.
• Orchestrate hybrid conversational workflows with deterministic Dialogflow CX controls.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines using Vertex AI Search for secure grounding.
• Develop secure backend integrations using Cloud Run/Functions and MCP.
