Responsibilities

• Prepare reconciliations between Local GAAP and US GAAP Ledgers.
• Assist in answering queries from external providers and provide data as required.
• Perform internal controls in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and statutory controls.

• Oversee financial reporting and ensure integrity of all accounting principles and procedures
• Manage core accounting billing cash and receivables processes
• Ensure compliance with local and statutory tax compliance rules
• This is the process of generating financial statements in accordance with client policies and statutory requirements.
• Activities include IFRS to local GAAP reconciliation, updating notes accounts, XBRL tagging, preparing tax packs etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet monthly and support global quarterly reporting
• Involved in the preparation of schedules and working papers for the Financial Statements and annual audit in line with filing deadlines.
• Preparation of reconciliations between Local GAAP and US GAAP Ledgers
• Assist in answering queries from our external providers and providing data as required
• Perform internal controls in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Statutory controls
