Job summary

Agrim, India's largest agri-input e-commerce platform, is seeking an Operations Control Tower Intern to support the Supply Chain team by monitoring operations, tracking metrics, analyzing data, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will track daily/weekly metrics across PTL, FTL, Warehouse & Supply Operations, prepare MIS and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets, and assist with reports and process improvements. Freshers are welcome, and basic SQL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track daily/weekly metrics across PTL, FTL, Warehouse & Supply Operations.
• Prepare and maintain MIS, dashboards & trackers using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Monitor operational gaps, delays and exceptions and flag them to the relevant teams.
• Support logistics & warehouse cost tracking and basic data analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams and LSPs to close pending operational issues.
• Support process improvement and cross-functional projects.
• Assist the Control Tower Manager with reports, analysis and daily monitoring.
