Job summary

Intugine Technologies in Delhi is seeking a data entry/operations professional to support control tower functions. You will coordinate with transporters, collect GPS approvals, and ensure timely EPOD uploads to the dashboard.

The role requires 0–1 year of related experience, a B-Tech or MBA graduate, and advanced Excel skills. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for maintaining smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Escalate to client in case of dependencies from transporters.
• Call drivers/transporters for consent approvals. Coordinate for GPS Installation
• Attain EPOD at time and get them uploaded on the dashboard.
• Effective communication in exceptional incidents.
• Update data on Excel and Work on Control tower dashboard
• Ensure proper tracking and verification. Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limit
• Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output
• Work on Microsoft Excel
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to prevent disruptions and maintain smooth operations.
