Role & responsibilities

• 10+ years Corporate Finance/Institutional Credit and Lending business experience in a Non-Financial Risk focused role.
• Strong understanding of control monitoring and assessment methodologies, including design and operatingeffectiveness assessment.
• Strong knowledge of nonfinancial risk frameworks, risk obligations, and regulatory standards.
• Strong understanding of governance expectations, documentation requirements, and evidence standards.
• Knowledge of data analytics concepts, data structures, and how data informs Risk and Control Assessments, in addition to Control Monitoring.
• Ability to collaborate and partner effectively with business and risk teams to uplift control effectiveness.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong planning, prioritisation, and organisation skills to manage multiple monitoring activities and deadlines.
• High attention to detail, with strong discipline across governance, documentation, and testing evidence.
