The Controls Room Team within Control Management works collaboratively with other control disciplines and oversees existing control functions as well as the development of new control functions and protocols. The team’s objective is to empower the three lines of defense with risk-based information to manage their control environment. We achieve this by collecting, analyzing, and monitoring firmwide risk-based intelligence across all lines of business and corporate functions. As a Control Manager Program Vice President, you will be a key member of the team, leading cross-functional delivery for firmwide programs that impact Control Management.
As a Control Manager Program Vice President within the Controls Room organization, you will translate enterprise requirements into executable project strategies, integrated roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. You will serve as a senior delivery and governance leader, aligning stakeholders across lines of business, product, and technology; proactively identifying and mitigating delivery, operational, and control risks; and driving disciplined execution against milestones, quality standards, and service-level agreements.
You will also own User Acceptance Testing governance for in-scope programs by establishing the UAT strategy, readiness standards, entry and exit criteria, and consolidated reporting. Working across business and technology teams, you will ensure end-to-end testing is appropriately planned, staffed, and executed, and that UAT scope, defects, and results remain aligned with program objectives and control effectiveness outcomes.
