Sage IT in Hyderabad is seeking a Contracts & Legal Manager with 9+ years of experience to oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle, negotiate terms, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will draft and review MSAs, SOWs, procurement and service agreements, collaborate with clients and vendors, and guide internal stakeholders on risk and policy improvements to protect the business.

Formación

• Hands-on experience managing MSAs, SOWs, and commercial contracts, preferably within an IT services or staffing organization.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• A degree in Law is preferred.
• Candidates with a Commerce degree or MBA and relevant contract management experience are also welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts (MSAs, SOWs, procurement, sales, service).

• Manage the complete contract lifecycle including execution, renewals, amendments, and expiration tracking.
• Ensure contractual compliance and identify, assess, and mitigate potential legal and business risks.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align contract terms accordingly.
• Develop and improve contract management processes, policies, and best practices.
• Provide guidance on contractual and legal matters and coordinate with external counsel.
• Support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

At SAGE IT, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and business-focused Contracts & Legal Manager to manage our end-to-end contract lifecycle, strengthen business partnerships, and ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
